SheAI News is published by a studio that also builds products of its own. That studio is MEMORIS GLOBAL, which its site describes as "an independent European AI studio for life and legacy". It runs five product platforms, Memoris, Shela, Truenect, MailMind and AIMarketKing, next to a partner business in stone, STONAR, and an agency brand, INKI. Here is how the pieces fit together, drawn from the studio's public pages.

The Memoris ecosystem page sums the design up in one line, "One studio. Five products. One organism.", and gives each product the name of an organ: Memoris is the heart, Shela the brains, Truenect the voice, STONAR the hands, and MailMind with AIMarketKing the backbone.

One company, several names

Every brand leads back to one company. The imprint on inki.agency names Granis d.o.o., based in Maribor, Slovenia, and lists MEMORIS GLOBAL, INKI, STONAR, MEMORIS, SHELA, TRUENECT, MailMind and AIMarketKing as "brands operated by the company above". The footer of memoris.io says the same of Memoris.

The names split the work. memorisglobal.com is the studio's own site. INKI is the agency brand that faces outside clients, promising "digital universes" that are "designed, built and run by one studio". The studio's product overview carries the credit "Built by INKI, the agency brand of the MEMORIS GLOBAL studio."

Shela builds

Shela is the studio's AI agent, and in this division of labour it is the builder. Its product site, hub.shela.ai, introduces it as "One AI, 82 specialized tools. Not a chatbot. An orchestration layer." INKI describes the agent that "builds whole websites while you talk to it", and the ecosystem page one that "plans, executes in the background and gets back to you with the result". The studio's product overview also lists SheAI News itself as a newsroom module of Shela.

AIMarketKing tells the story, MailMind reaches out

Two tools carry the work outward. The ecosystem page calls them "our own growth tools" and says both are also standalone SaaS products.

AIMarketKing, at marketing.inki.agency, is a marketing operating system in which "twelve specialized AI agents plan, write, design and film content across all your brands", and a person approves before anything goes out. Its landing page is open about where it stands: "Today it publishes to a hosted SEO blog; social feeds and video platforms are being connected."

MailMind, which now presents itself as AIMAILING at aimailing.app, builds a lead base of companies from public business registers. The ecosystem page says it reaches them "where the law allows it", and its own page asks users to check the legal basis in each country first.

Memoris and Truenect face the public

The consumer products sit on top, with Memoris at the centre. The ecosystem page calls it "the vault of a person's legacy", with memorial profiles, Time Capsules, MyRoots and MyMe, World of Memoris and Heaven of Legends among its parts. A memorial takes "a few minutes" and is "free to start", without a credit card, according to the memorials page, and each one gets its own QR code. The parts link into one another: a relative who has died appears in the family tree with a candle and a link to their memorial.

Memoris also uses cryptography. INKI's description mentions "a SHA-256 fingerprint on every sealed capsule and a blockchain record coming". The fingerprint exists today and would show if a sealed Time Capsule were changed; the blockchain record is planned.

MyMe is the social side of Memoris. The memoris.io homepage calls it "the social layer", a private feed for memories, photos and life updates shared "with the people you choose". At mymemoris.com it now appears as MyMemoris, "a space for the people you actually know", and its entry button leads into the same Memoris account. Inside are a profile, a feed of posts and a chat that accepts image, video and PDF attachments.

Truenect, at truenect.com, is the second consumer face: AI companions whose homepage promise is "Someone who remembers you." Its personas talk in text and voice, may write first, and, as the page puts it, "every persona tells you what they are".

STONAR takes it onto the stone

STONAR is not one of the five platforms but, in the ecosystem page's words, "the partner channel alongside the five products". stonar.si cites more than 25 years in the trade and sells monuments, kitchen countertops, window sills and stairs, with an online configurator and a wholesale portal for trades and companies that register. It is where the digital memorial meets the physical one: families can print a memorial's QR code for free or order a plaque made for stone, a plaque that "bridges the gravestone to the digital memorial", with delivery to Slovenia, Austria, Germany, Croatia and Italy.

One stack, counted

What ties the products together is shared engineering. The studio site says every platform runs on one stack, and INKI offers clients "native and cross-platform applications that share one backend". In practice, one Memoris account opens both the memorials and MyMemoris.

428,351
lines of code across the whole studio, including STONAR, the studio site and INKI, in the census of 9 September 2026

The census, which memorisglobal.com cites, counts only code written in programming languages, without third party libraries, and covers more than the five platforms. The same page puts the platforms on five production servers.

INKI's method has three steps, design, build and run, and the third explains why the products keep changing after release: "We host, monitor, iterate and market what we ship."

A launch is the beginning, not the deliverable.

How to try it

The studio keeps every product on one page. Open memorisglobal.com/worlds and tap any card to reach the running product; the page says "Nothing here is a mockup." Or start with one: create a free memorial at memoris.io, ask Shela for a web page at hub.shela.ai, or meet a companion at truenect.com.
